Concealed Realities
2021–present
This ongoing series grew out of the work on “Fragmented Realities” and explores an invented world born from a real place in my past that I’ve largely kept concealed. Hidden from others and hidden from myself as a means to avoid the chaos, fragmentation, and fear looming from within.
These images were created “in camera” as single images without multiple exposures or added content during post-processing; the layers and texture revealed poses the question of time, existence, and multiple realities.
All images from this series are produced in numbered, limited editions.
